How long will my order take?
Orders for our Guess You games usually take 2 weeks to create (once we have received the photographs). This timescale is subject to demand and we can at times turn these around quicker.
Orders for individual cartoons can take up to 1 week to process.
What if i need my order by a specific date?
Need your order for a specific date but unsure if you have left enough time? Just send us an email at: info@guessyou.co.uk with the details and we will let you know whether we can meet your deadline.
What are the delivery charges?
Orders from within the UK will qualify for FREE DELIVERY and will be sent 1st class with Royal Mail
If you are ordering from outside the UK please contact us at info@guessyou.co.uk for more information and delivery charges.
What payment options are accepted?
We accept credit card, debit card and Paypal payments.
How do I use my discount code?
Got a discount code you want to use? Great! Just input the code at checkout to receive your discount.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Received one of our wonderful gift cards? Lucky You! Just send us an email at info@guessyou.co.uk and we will send you the instructions as to how to redeem your gift card.
How do I submit the photographs for my order?
Want one of our products but unsure how to send the images you want animated? No problem! Once you place the order through our shop and we will email you with all the details including a link to a google drive folder so you can send us your photos. We will be happy to walk you through this process if google drive is new to you.
What if I want to include more than 24 people?
Have more than 24 people in your chosen group? No problem! You can have as many people included as you want! You could opt to fill each board with different people (just be sure to divide up the yellow cards accordingly when you play) or you could choose just to swap people in an out as you go. It is entirely up to you.

What if I want to order multiples of my Guess You game?
No problem! There are options in the shop for packs of 2,3,4 and 5 games. The more you buy the more you save. If you would like to discuss a bespoke order just get in touch at info@guessyou.co.uk.
What is the returns policy?
Unfortunately due to the personalised nature of our items we cannot accept returns.
